Film
Leila has acted in several films and has a talent for both serious and comic parts.
Leila has recently finished filming a drama documentary 'Generations' in which she plays a girl growing up in the seventies and facing motherhood. She also interviewed director Michael Apted for the production which included material on the (seven) 'UP Series'.
Earlier Leila acted in a short film called 'Seconds Out'. One of Leila's old teachers at the Italia Conti School wanted to break into directing so Leila said she would be in his film. Leila found herself working again with Paul Moriarty who played George Palmer in East Enders and first time actor Billy Schware. the film was quite surreal and Leila was playing each and every female character - this bizarre twist was one of the things which attracted her to the film.
